A Topsy Turvey Birthday
This 3 tiered topsy turvey cake was made for a special Mom turning 62.
Her daughter surprised her with a huge birthday bash and this cake went right along with the decorations.
The top tier was red velvet cake, middle tier was yellow cake, and the bottom tier was pound cake. The whole thing was iced with whipped icing and then covered in fondant.
